Visitors to the laboratory can leave behind traces of their own DNA through fingerprints, sneezes, etc. so direct access to the laboratory by outsiders is strictly prohibited. Stock video footage (broadcast quality) of laboratory procedures and techniques is available to film crews that are completing projects involving BOLD's historical cases and/or laboratory personnel.
